Our Boathouse Poached & Dressed Salmon is a true centrepiece for any occasion. Expertly prepared using the finest quality salmon, it is gently poached to perfection, ensuring a tender, flaky texture and rich flavour. Once cooled, it is beautifully dressed with a delicate garnish of fresh herby salad, Shell on prawns, black lumpfish roe, lemon wedges and cucumber, creating a stunning presentation that’s perfect for celebrations, dinner parties, or special events.

Each salmon is carefully prepared to order, ensuring the freshest quality. Available for pre-order with a minimum of one week’s notice and collection from our Hythe-based shop.
